The principal of CircumClean is Dr Muhammad Mateen. He has over 30 years of experience both as a General Practitioner and in the field of circumcision and was the first doctor in Victoria to use the Plastic Circumcision Device.
Experience gained through his exceptionally large number of procedures has enabled constant review and modification of technique to ensure the best possible outcome, not only for babies, but also for older boys and men we specialise in using the Plastic Circumcision Device after prior application of EMLA anaesthetic cream.
